- Is intended to provide BCM support to the corporate BCM team and/or other staff within the organization with BCM roles.
- Is based on a contractual agreement, that includes predefined levels of support and priority.
- Assumes only remote support through mail (no on-site interventions).
Substantial SLA support
The contractual agreement is called “Flex-Contract”. The Flex-Contract, is a pre-paid and effort based contract. Support requests, invoked by authorized staff, will be deducted from the provision of the Flex-Contract. To obtain more information on Flex-Contract: click here.
